    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Able to perform a variety of clerical and general warehouse services utilized in the administration, maintenance, and operations of the Agua Fria Union High School District Warehouse
    2. Must be 21 years of age and possess or acquire a valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
    3. Must pass physical examination and annual drug screening as prescribed by AACR17-9-102.
    4. Must be able to climb ladders, lift and carry equipment, materials and supplies weighing up to 65 pounds
    5. Knowledge of business machines and computers preferred
    6. Possess good organizational skills
    7. Operate the district’s automated computer tracking system for data entry, inventory and stock locations
    8. Maintain a variety of hard and/or electronic copy files of daily shipment logs, purchase orders, and requisitions
    9. Enter and maintains a variety of computerized database files and records.
    10. Receive a variety of consumable items, materials, equipment and warehouse stock items and verify accuracy of information
    11. Participate in the periodic and end of the year inventory for all warehouse stock and verify stock items according to established procedures
    12. Participate in department meetings and training
    13. Serve as a back-up to conduct interoffice and County Schools mail delivery as needed
    14. Operate forklift, pallet jacks, rolling ladders, and other related warehouse equipment
    15. Assist in maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and efficient manner
    16. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, staff, parents and school issues
    17. Provide a welcoming atmosphere for staff and delivery vendors
    18. Perform responsibilities in an ethical and professional manner
    19. Maintain punctual and regular attendance
    20. Perform other related duties as assigned

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

    Education / Certificate
    1. Must be 21 years of age and possess or acquire a valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
    2. Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC)
    3. High School Diploma or equivalent certificate is required
    Experience
    1. Two or more years of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
    2. Two or more years of CDL-type experience is preferred
    Communication Skills
    1. Speaking, reading and writing in English is required
    2. Bilingual communication is beneficial
    Computer Skills
    1. Knowledge of Google Suites
    2. Ability to interact with purchase requisition system, inventory systems and electronic database entry and management is required
