Until Filled   Additional Information: To provide Level II support for computers and networks. Installs and configures OS and application software on workstations. Manage warranty schedules, supplies and materials for repairs and replacements.
Performs periodic maintenance, modifications, and repairs to computer systems and equipment
Installs and configures various operating systems, hardware and peripherals, and network operation systems
Performs service/repair analysis on computers and equipment
Orders, purchases and schedules parts and warranty repairs
Maintains and supports the technology inventory
Runs network cable and tests network equipment
Assists and provides on the job training for Network Assistants
Manages and efficiently completes assigned workload
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, staff, parents and school issues
Provide a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, parents and community
Perform responsibilities in an ethical and professional manner
Maintain punctual and regular attendance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Must have experience maintaining and repairing computer hardware and peripherals and running network cabling
Must have experience with hardware and software in a Windows network environment

Education / Certificate 1. Must possess associate degree or equivalent technical training and A+ certification in Computer Technology 2. Must have and maintain a valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Experience 1. Must have experience with inventory, scheduling and purchasing parts, as well as warranty work and supplies 2. Must be 21 years of age or older upon hire Communication Skills 1.
