Management of chromebook inventory
Management of part inventory
Management of peripheral inventory
Distribution of student devices
Support as needed for the distribution of staff devices
Assist staff with level I troubleshooting
Assist students with troubleshooting devices
Acts as an on-site help desk to support the Network Technician
Maintain accurate records of library transactions
Maintain library collection by cleaning, reshelving and repairing books
Operate a variety of library office equipment including copy machine(s), laminator, desktop computer and binding machine, etc
Provide reliable and timely copy service, lamination, and binding services
Maintain supplies library uses and provides for patrons as well as supplies/materials/repairs for library copy service equipment
Manage the library when librarian/media specialist is working with students and teachers in classrooms
Assist the librarian/media specialist in promoting library resources
Assist the librarian/media specialist in completing inventory
Provide training in equipment operation as needed
Provide a positive, welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, parents and community
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, staff, parents and school issues
Perform responsibilities in an ethical and professional manner
Maintain punctual and regular attendance
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience in a customer support role
Must possess excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Must possess the ability to work cooperatively with parents, students, administrators, faculty, staff, and the general public

Education / Certificate 1. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent 2. Must have and maintain a valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Experience 2. Must possess an ability to deal effectively with matters of confidentiality 3. Must be organized and able to work independently 4. Must possess an ability to work cooperatively with the general public 5. Must be 21 years of age or older upon hire Communication Skills
1. Must possess knowledge of operation of standard office and media center equipment including computers, printers and related software 2.
